I've always been curious about understanding people and behaviour, and helping individuals, teams, and organisations optimise their performance.
After 12 years as an employee relations lawyer in private practice in the UK and Australia, I transitioned to executive Human Resources roles. I have extensive experience across:

I’m known as as someone who can quickly solve complex problems, make decisions with a balance of data and intuition, and partner with leaders to enhance business performance. My advice will be in plain English and pragmatic. I lead inclusively, champion employee engagement, and am direct yet compassionate in my approach. I enjoy taking on new challenges and looking for innovative ways deliver more for customers and employees.
My passion for people and employee experience and belief that engaged employees deliver more value for customers and shareholders.

My ability to solve complex business problems with pragmatic solutions, drawing on innovative approaches and others’ experiences and being able to switch from strategic to detail quickly
My low ego approach to leadership – collaborating, not competing, to get the best outcome for as many stakeholders as possible.
I grew up and was educated in the UK, starting my career as a solicitor in London. At the age of 25, I came to Australia for “two years” and stayed, now calling country Victoria home. When not working, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, at one of the Macedon Ranges’ many great restaurants and pubs, or managing volunteers for Daylesford’s ChillOut Festival. I am married to Nathan and have two fur babies.
